Out of order: Temporarily

Hello everyone....

Just wanted to say that I have not forgotten about the blog.......  I accidentally left the camera memory card on the desk after my last upload and one of the kids "borrowed" it for a while........I thought it was a gonner for sure since Easton has learned how to throw things in the garbage now.......BUT........ one night Teagan was playing with her shopping cart and found my memory card for the camera!  So, I can now take more pics and upload them soon.

From the Desk of Teagan..........

A few new photo's..........and some of Teagan's favorite things!

Every night Teagan and I lay in bed and have our mommy/daughter giggles and pillow chat.  Last night she told me about some of her favorite things..........

Favorite Color:  Purple

Favorite Lunch Food:  Lunchables (as shown in picture above)

Favorite Toy:  Baby Dolls

Favorite Friends:  Nevaeh and Daddy

Favorite TV Show:  Dora and Wow Wow Wubzy

Favorite new thing to do:  POOP ON THE POTTY!

Favorite thing to do at home:  Be a Big Sister.

She just cracks me up and says the funniest things now.  She picks up on everything that Larry and I say so we have to really watch it.  We can proudly say that she is fully potty trained!!!!!  What a great thing!  Only one child in poopy diapers!

Easton continues to grow so fast.  He is saying so many words and he is my happy boy.  He loves to give hugs and kisses and just goes with the flow.  He will go for his 18 month old check up soon so we'll see how big he is!

All is well with the Woodards......life is busy as usual!

Some of my favorite photo's.........

We had some pictures taken of the kids one afternoon at a local park and I just love how they turned out.  These were taken shortly after Teagan tunred 3 and Easton turned 1.  Easton loved the camera and was very easy to get good pictuers of but Teagan was another story. We had to work really hard to get her to take some good pictures for us.  She did very well when she was with Easton, but not so well when she was alone!  Anyway, enjoy!

Teagan's 1st Haircut.........

Sorry for the delay....... I know I haven't blogged lately!  I promised Teagan's 1st haircut pictures so here they are!  This was a milestone that Easton achieved before his big sister.  I was hoding to Teagan's hair as long as I could but it was time for a trim so we finally got it done.  We took her to a "Kidz Clips" near our house and got a trim.  She actually did very well and sat on Daddy's lap as you can see.  Easton also cut a cut this day (his 2nd haircut)  Now Teagan talks about getting her haircut all the time and says she's ready for another one!  We'll see about that!

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter to everyone!  I think Teagan had done 3 or 4 Easter Egg hunts by the time Easter had gotten here!  Her school celebrated Easter and had a little party.  The mom's group that I am in had a little celebration in the park with an Easter Egg Hunt. And then we had an Easter Egg Hunt at Great Grandma's house on Easter Sunday with cousin Dominic!  Here are some recent pictures of the kids.  Easton is walking everywhere.  He is finding his voice and talking more (screaming more).  Teagan is still developing her little independent personality.  She now tells me that I'm not her friend.  She's a daddy's girl for sure.  Teagan recently got her 1st hair cut.  I will post pictures of that next.  Other than that, we are glad it's warmer here so we can go in Nanny's pool.  Teagan is very well behaved at the pool, Easton..... not so much!  Larry and I are both staying busy with our jobs.  The weekends come and go so fast, we seem to always have something going on.  Enjoy the pictures........... I'll post again soon with Teagan's 1st haircut!

Where did March go?

Where has the time gone?  I feel like it has been forever since I have posted something, so here goes!  I'll start with Teagan.  She is such a big girl.  She can get herself dressed now, she picks out her own clothes (which can be very interesting), and she has a seriously independent personality emerging!  She is her own little person.  She knows what she wants and how she wants it.  She loves her school and her teachers cannot say enough about how good of a girl she is at school.  Which is funny, because she's been a handful at home!  Don't get me wrong, she is a great child, but the "3's" have been more "terrible" than the "2's" were for her!  She is helpful with Easton most of the time.  The remainder of the time she is sitting on him, taking his toys, taking his drink/food, holding him down, or some variation of one of those things.  But, all in all, she does help me with Easton and is a good big sister.  She hugs and kisses him all the time and can't wait to go in his room every morning to see him.   She is fully potty trained during the day and stays dry most night's, but wears a pull up at night.  I'm not sure how we're going to get rid of those pull ups, it's a work in progress.

Teagan is also so organized and creative.  She lines up her toys.  She categorizes them,  & she does the funniest things!  I took a picture of this one day after she was playing in her room quietly and this is what she was doing.

Ready to do her "work" on the "puter"

Easton, Easton, Easton.................

He is walking!!!!!!!!  He has been working on it for a while now, but just yesterday he walked down the hall at Nanny's and across the living room here at home!  He's such a big boy!  He loves his push toys and cruises all over the house with them, but now he's letting go and walking!  My baby!  I don't have any updated pictures of him, but I will upload some after Easter.  He's such a sweet boy, but he's going through the phase where he wants to be in the same room with you all the time and cries when you leave the room.  He's a great eater, and a great sleeper.  I'm positive he'll outgrow Teagan this year, possibly in the next 6 months.  He goes back to the doctor for his 15 month check up in April, so we'll see how much he weighs.  He has two teeth on the bottom, and one and a half on the top.  That surely doesn't stop him from eating though, he'd eat a steak if you gave him one!

All in all, the Woodards are well. Busy with life, work, and everything in between.  I'll have more pictures after Easter.  It's getting warmer here, so we'll be at the pool and beach soon!  :-)  Until next time...........

"Me not want to be three"

Happy Birthday Teagan and Dominic.....and Happy Valentine's Day!  We woke Teagan up on Valentine's Day morning and wished her a Happy Birthday and told her she was now three years old.  She looked at us and said, "Me not want to be three."  Okay then.  We got ready for her party at the "Turtle Park" and she still didn't want anything to do with it being her Birthday.  We went to the park, played on the playground, fed the few tutrles that would come out in the cold weather, had some pizza, sang Happy Birthday, cut the cake, and she still wanted nothing to do with it.  I was surprised she was so shy, it's not usually like her.  Dominic on the other hand, loved the singing and the party!  Everyone had a great time!  We opened presents when we got home and she was more into it then, but just not in front of anyone else!  I can't believe my baby is three!

Teagan told me for a week that she wanted a pink cake with hearts on it, so that's what we got!

Aunt Tracy got Dominic the coolest School Bus cake!  It was awesome!  We had a great weekend of birthday parties and Valentine's Day!  Until next year..........

Easton's 1st big boy hair cut.........

Easton went with daddy to get his 1st big boy haircut last week!  Larry took him to the Barber Shop that he goes to.  (of course I made him take the camera for pictures!)  Easton's hair has been growing and he needed a trim.  I saved all of the hair in a ziplock baggie for his scrapbook.  I get so many compliments on the color of his hair and everyone always tells me...."if we could bottle that color up"....  so of course I saved his cute orange locks!

Of course Easton was all smiles.... didn't even cry at all.  He even sat through Larry's hair cut after his was done!  I still can't believe he is ONE.  My baby isn't really a baby anymore!  He's about two seconds from taking off and walking also.  He still only has his two bottom teeth, but that surely doesn't stop him from eating EVERYTHING! Until next time.........
